Promi im Godshot
Heute wurde bei uns das Menü-Interview zu einer (irgendwann gesendeten) Folge des „Perfekten Promi Dinners“ mit Annabelle Mandeng aufgezeichnet.

Das kleine Team hat sich bei uns sichtlich wohl gefühlt und das Interview schnell und professionell aufgenommen. Als sie dann zum Dinnieren ins Nachbarhaus gingen, fragte ich mich aber, welcher Promi dort wohl wohnt.

Tag des Kaffees
Es ist der Tag des Kaffees und wir haben was Besonderes:
Spezialitätenkaffees aus Costa Rica und Sumatra
Zur Feier des Tages wollen wir zwei hochwertige Reinsortenkaffees („single origin“) aus Costa Rica uns Sumatra anbieten.
Die Bohnen wurden schonend im Trommelröster durch die Spezialitätenrösterei Dr. Walter Charzewski geröstet. Diese seltenen Kaffees werden von uns mittels AeroPress oder in der Siphonkaffeemaschine (VacPot) frisch gebrüht serviert.
Diese beiden Kaffees wird es geben:
- Sidikalang natural (hand-pulped) / Sumatra
- De Licho (honey process) / Costa Rica

Intelligentsia’s Black Cat Classic Blend
Back in spring, a young Canadian woman who happened to have her Berlin base nearby payed us a visit every little once in a while… Later on, it turned out that she was a decent coffee addict and a staff of WICKED CAFÉ, Vancouver (BC).
Now and then Emilie would pop in and support us by playing her passionate and routine way of pulling shot by shot. Considering that at this stage GODSHOT were in their first weeks, and far from being really up and running, Emilie´s help was immense – so was the loss of her weekly visits, when she returned to Vancouver and environmental projects . Thanks for your encouragement, Emilie!
Needless to say how stunned we were last Tuesday when 5lbs of the utmost renowned Intelligentsia Black Cat coffee found their way from Vancouver to our grinder:
The major part has been tasted over the last couple of days, but we’ll save the rest for Monday and walk the cat in proper ´double ristretto´ West Coast style…
